The Sports Town of Little Rock
Did you know that Little Rock does not host any professional sports teams? Ideally, Arkansas has never been any close to producing or even hosting a professional sports team. That does not mean that the people here do not enjoy sports. Various sporting activities take place here from time to time.
Let’s talk about stadiums and arenas. The best place to start with would be War Memorial Stadium, one of the country’s state-of-the-art stadiums. Its construction was a tribute to the citizens of Arkansas that lost their lives in the war. It hosts various concerts and even football matches.

The War Memorial Stadium
The War Memorial Stadium has been around for over 70 years, providing outstanding service to the citizens of Little Rock. It measures about 360*160 feet and can comfortably accommodate 54.120 people.
Little Rock is full of other excellent arenas that host different sports and events. Simmons Bank Arena, Dickey Stephens Park, and Bryant Athletic Association are some of the most common options worth visiting. You could also check out Barton Coliseum and Mabelvale Youth Association.
