"Thank you to all of you for all you did for us with the house fire. Our home was struck by lightning, and the fire chief gave us two recommendations. We decided on Service Restoration, and they did not disappoint. They listened to our concerns and was in touch with us through the whole process from the rebuild to working with the insurance company, and the reconstruction which we raised our living room floor, removed walls in kitchen to make it one big room, to designing our cabinets. "I had a water intrusion emergency in my home, and called Service Restoration on a Friday afternoon and the team was in my house in about an hour. They took up carpet, ceramic tiles, drywall and some closet door trim. Afterwards I received a call inquiring whether I needed a bid for rebuilding the damaged structures, I decided to accept the invitation. We accepted the bid and they coordinated all the staging. Each team member arrived 20 minutes before the agreed upon time so that they were at the front door exactly on time. They helped move furniture, run errands, even tracked down the carpeting that had been installed 10 years ago. The tile was reset so well, it looked like it had never been removed. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Service Restoration if I had a future need."
